I love the magic moments in real estate. Like the moment when a family pictures themselves in a home and the kids start claiming bedrooms. When the couple who is downsizing finds the perfect little place just down the block from family-that is a great moment. And of course, I love breaking the good news to a seller that we have multiple cash offers over the list price. Sharing those moments with my clients is what makes real estate fun. But anyone who has bought or sold a property knows there are other moments, too.

There are hardball tactics during negotiations, less than stellar inspection reports, and a host of other difficulties.
